Ever since I’ve been a little kid, I’ve been thumping and drumming on everything and anything. So,
when I was 12, my parents finally bought me a drum kit. I’ve always loved the drums, but soon I
realized that I simply couldn’t imagine myself playing the drums in a band. This was the moment
I decided to try something different: I bought Turntables and a Mixer. All day long I kept practicing
scratching, cutting and mixing, played blackmusic and dancehall. Through work, I got to know Sny
Selecta with whom I play on various parties under the pseudonym DJ Flexfit. Along the way, I’ve
always been enjoying listening to house music and thus, more and more discs of this style have
been added to my list.

2006 I decided to focus on electronic music and at the same time, I began to produce more of my
own tracks. With time, I got to know more and more great people with similar interests, among others
the artist Breakable Sounds from Frankfurt, thanks to and with whom I made my first experiences
as a DJ in clubs, such as the Deep Club in Heidelberg or the Cielo Club in Darmstadt. Additionally,
in 2009, Breakable Sounds and I started dee-jaying and producing as a team called BSide Music.
The sound which is released as Miami Ice leans more towards the progressive house music style,
whereas I fully live my-minimal/techouse-self as BSide Music. Generally, I’m not a fan of sticking only
with “your own” style. By now, my tracks have made it to the sets of international DJs such as Pole
Folder, Wez Saunders, Jesse Voorn, Blond Ish or as well as into the Charts of Hernan Cattaneo,
among others.
